European Film Consumer Study

A consortium led by Headway International and Headway International is running a study on audience building throughout Europe for the European Commission. The purpose of this study is to provide the Commission with a detailed analysis and segmentation of future film target audiences designed to help it to improve Europe's reach to audiences both in Europe and beyond as digital content goes global. The project will build profiles of European film consumers, with a special emphasis on young audiences, aiming to identify what kinds of films they prefer and how best to market them.
